The 8ft Concrete End Fence Post is a practical option for finishing a fence run with a clean, strong end post that won’t twist or rot like timber can. Our concrete posts are wet cast, steel reinforced, and vibration finished to give three smooth sides out of four. They’re topped with a decorative pyramid finish, which looks smart and helps shed water away from the end of the post.

End posts are designed to take a fence panel on one side only, making them ideal where the fence stops at a wall, gate opening, or boundary return. Our end posts are sized at 100 x 125mm, giving extra depth compared with intermediates and a more substantial feel at the end of the run. That extra depth can be helpful on runs that take wind or are likely to get knocked through everyday use.

If you’re building a panel fence with a gravel board at the base, concrete gravel boards are a tidy, durable option. They help support the bottom of the fence and keep the run looking straight. Browse concrete gravel boards or view the broader gravel boards range to plan the full build.

For a sharp finish, set end posts first, run a string line, and then place intermediate posts along the line. Choose your post length to allow for the fence height plus a suitable depth into the ground. For matching post types and sizes, see concrete fence posts.
