Shop pressure treated cant rails for traditional closeboard fencing, boundary repairs and made-to-measure timber fence runs. Their angled profile helps shed water and provides a strong horizontal support for overlapping feather edge boards.

Cant rails are commonly fitted between posts to form the framework of site-built closeboard fencing. This method allows the fence to follow non-standard widths, changes in ground level and boundary layouts that may not suit complete panels.

Choose the rail length and section according to the post spacing and fence height. Allow for sufficient rails per bay and include additional material for cuts, joints, corners and repairs.
