The board measures 6ft, or 1.83m, long and 12 inches, or 305mm, high. It has a light grey smooth face and a purpose-made opening formed within the concrete rather than requiring an opening to be cut into the timber fence panel.
Away from the opening, the board retains the construction of a concrete gravel board. It is steel reinforced, vibration finished and approximately 45 to 55mm deep. It sits beneath the fence panel as part of the concrete fencing arrangement.
The opening needs to remain accessible at ground level rather than being blocked by soil, edging, planting or stored materials.
