Our concrete fence posts are wet cast with internal steel reinforcement and vibration finished. Three of the four faces have a smooth finish, and the exposed top is finished with a pyramid profile.
Our concrete fence posts are manufactured from wet-cast concrete with internal steel reinforcement. After casting, they are vibration finished, producing three smooth faces out of four, and the exposed end is formed with a pyramid-shaped top.
That construction is used across the different post roles in our slotted concrete fencing range. What changes is the profile and slot arrangement required for each position in the fence. Intermediate posts use a 100 x 100mm section, while corner and 3-way posts use a larger 125 x 125mm section. End posts use a 100 x 125mm profile.
For example, the 8ft Concrete Intermediate Fence Post is a 2.4m-long, 100 x 100mm straight-run post with slots on opposite sides. Other post types use the same wet-cast, reinforced and vibration-finished manufacturing principle but provide different slot layouts for ends, corners and junctions.
