The 6FT x 6FT Omega Lattice Decorative Fence Panel is the tallest panel in the Omega range, combining a full-height screened body with an integrated curved lattice top. The centre of the curve reaches 1800mm, while the shoulders are approximately 1600mm high. That distinction matters when checking overall fence height, matching adjacent structures or planning a run beneath trees and other obstructions.
Manufactured in Poland and imported by East Coast Fencing, the panel is made to a true 6ft width of 1.828m. This follows the traditional UK fence panel specification rather than the 1.8m width used for many imported decorative panels. For replacement work and mixed fencing runs, a genuine 1.828m width is much more likely to suit an established UK 6ft bay, although the existing clear opening should always be measured before ordering.
The panel has a 45 x 45mm semi-planed timber frame and an overall depth of 45mm. The main screen consists of 100 x 5mm grooved horizontal slats arranged in a hit & miss pattern across both faces. Above it, an approximately 300mm curved diamond-lattice section is integrated into the frame. The lower body provides the screening, while the lattice breaks up the top of a full-height fence and lets more light through the upper section.
The timber is pressure treated green/natural. A repeated 1800mm Omega run needs accurate setting out because any change in post level affects both the 1600mm shoulders and the 1800mm centre line. Keep the fence posts plumb, maintain consistent clear openings and avoid forcing the panel into place. The lower frame should be kept out of direct soil contact; a compatible gravel board can provide a separate base where required.
This 1800mm version is for boundaries where maximum screening within the Omega range is needed while retaining a decorative lattice top. Shorter heights are available under Omega lattice fence panels; compare alternative full-height designs in decorative fence panels.
