The 6FT x 5FT Omega Lattice Decorative Fence Panel provides substantial garden screening while retaining the curved, open top that defines the Omega design. Its centre reaches 1500mm, with shoulders approximately 1300mm high. This gives the fence a softer top line than a conventional 5ft panel and leaves the upper part less visually solid.
This range is manufactured in Poland and imported by East Coast Fencing. Panels are produced at a true UK 6ft width of 1.828m. Many imported decorative panels are 1.8m wide, so the extra 28mm is a deliberate specification choice that makes these panels better aligned with traditional UK fencing bays and replacement work. Existing bay widths should still be measured before purchase.
A 45 x 45mm semi-planed frame surrounds the 45mm-deep panel. The lower section is formed from 100 x 5mm grooved horizontal slats fixed alternately on the front and back, creating hit & miss screening. An integrated curved diamond-lattice section of approximately 300mm forms the top. The lower boards interrupt direct views, while the lattice keeps the upper profile decorative and open enough for light to pass through.
The timber is pressure treated green/natural. When installing several panels, establish a consistent shoulder level and centre height from the outset so the repeated curves flow evenly along the boundary. Check the clear distance between fence posts, allow fitting clearance and keep the timber clear of soil. If a separate base is wanted, compare compatible gravel boards and include their height when planning the overall fence.
Choose the 1500mm Omega when stronger screening is wanted but a full 1800mm panel would feel too high. The other heights can be compared under Omega lattice fence panels, alongside different imported designs in decorative fence panels.
