East Coast Fencing manufactures its closeboard fence panels, waney lap fence panels and picket fence panels in-house.
Our closeboard panels, for example, use 18 overlapping 125mm feather edge boards fixed to 75 x 32mm backing rails, with the rail count changing by height and between Standard and Ultra Heavy Duty versions. Our waney lap panels use approximately 125 x 4.7mm overlapping boards with front and rear support battens, while our picket panels use 13 pales, each 75mm wide, on two 75 x 32mm backrails.
Our main decorative panel ranges are sourced differently. Double Slatted, Horizontal Hit & Miss and Omega Lattice panels are manufactured in Poland and imported by East Coast Fencing. These decorative ranges are produced at a true UK 6ft width of 1.828m.
This distinction is useful when comparing our decorative fence panels with the panel ranges we manufacture ourselves, because the product specifications and construction details come from different supply routes.
