Our double slatted panels use a 45 x 45mm timber frame with 8 x 45mm horizontal battens arranged on both faces. The panels are 1.828m wide, approximately 45mm deep and pressure treated in a green/natural finish.
East Coast Fencing double slatted fence panels use a framed, double-sided horizontal construction. A 45 x 45mm semi-planed timber frame surrounds horizontal battens measuring 8 x 45mm.
The battens are arranged on both faces of the panel rather than forming a single layer. Approximately 40mm gaps remain between the battens, creating the characteristic layered appearance of our double slatted fence panels. The openings remain part of the finished construction, so these are screened panels rather than solid-boarded panels.
The panels are manufactured at a true UK 6ft width of 1.828m and have an overall depth of approximately 45mm. For example, the 6ft x 5ft Framed Contemporary Double Slatted Fence Panel is 1500mm high while retaining the same 1.828m width and 45mm overall depth.
This decorative range is manufactured in Poland and imported by East Coast Fencing. The timber is supplied with a green/natural pressure-treated finish for exterior use.
