Our 2.4m x 100 x 47mm Wallplate is explicitly listed as C16 pressure-treated timber. C16 is therefore a defined characteristic of that product.
Other products within our square rails selection have their own specifications. The 87 x 38mm MOT rail, for example, is described by its dimensions, treatment and intended fencing or outdoor framework use, while the 75 x 32mm fence-panel backrail is specified as a compatible panel support. Their product data does not state that the C16 grade from the wallplate should be applied to them.
The same principle applies throughout the timber range: a specification belonging to one product should not be assumed to apply to another simply because both pieces are pressure treated or rectangular.
