5FT Concrete Intermediate Fence Post (1.5M)

Our high quality concrete posts, sometimes called 5ft slotted concrete posts, are a wet cast and steel reinforced. Concrete fencing posts are the long lasting alternative to wooden fence posts.

All of our regular 5ft slotted concrete fence posts have a nib or peg in the slot. Approximately 2ft from the bottom of the post, the addition of concrete pegs prevents your fence panel and gravel board from sinking over time.

Concrete posts for fencing are a popular choice for a garden fence, they offer a zero maintenance and long lasting solution. Typically fencing with concrete fence posts last up to twice as long as pressure treated timber posts.

Wet cast concrete fence posts generally have a smoother finish that dry cast. All of our concrete fence posts are wet cast. Our 5ft concrete slotted fence posts have four steel reinforcing bars inside and have a vibrated finish leaving a smoother finish.

Concrete slotted posts provide strength and durability to your fencing and are not susceptible to rot in the ground.

Please remember that part of the concrete posts need to be concrete into the ground. Industry standard suggests 2ft or 600mm. This 5ft slotted concrete post is intended for a 3ft total height fence including gravel board, if using one.
