These John George 5.0 x 75mm Impact Professional Wood Screws are a mid-length option between the 50mm and 100mm versions, supplied in a tub of 360. The 75mm length is useful where a 50mm fixing does not provide enough penetration but a 100mm screw would be excessive for the timber section being assembled.
The hardened steel screws have a zinc and yellow passivated finish and use a Pozi recess, ribbed double countersunk head, milling shank and double Type 17 point. This 75mm version has a 40mm thread.
